Dr. Pen M8 is such a great microneedling pen, easy to use. Unfortunately, after couple of uses it stopped working:-(. I was so upset as I planned to take it with me to my European vacation. I have never experienced such a great customer service. Customer Experience Team was able to assist immediately and organised a replacement. I can’t be happier with the customer service Dr Pen AU provided:-).

Love this! I love how it covers all of my neck and face and can be easily moved. I have only tried the red light setting so far for inflammation after surgery and I definitely notice that’s it’s making a difference.

Tried it for the first time and it was amazing. Easy to use and honestly it is as good as going into the clinic to get it done professionally. Very happy!

This is such a good pen, the serum cartridge holds so much and puts out the amount you want which prevents bacteria contact from having to touch your face. 10/10 recommend.
