How to Use

1. Preparation & Eye Protection: Ensure the 18650 battery is charged and correctly installed. Put on the included protective safety glasses before powering on the device.

2. Power On & Mode Selection: Press the power button to turn on the light torch. Select your preferred mode:

   • Red Light Mode: Best for surface skincare and collagen support.

   • NIR Light Mode: Best for deep muscle, tendon, and joint relief.

   • Combined Mode: Full-spectrum power for surface + deep tissue session.

3. Application: Hold the device 1 to 3 inches away from the targeted area (or attach the optical light guide column for precision or nasal application). Maintain position for the 5-minute automated cycle.

4. Completion: The torch will automatically shut off after 5 minutes. Wipe the lens clean with the included microfiber cloth and store in the zipper travel case.
