Storage Instructions

How to Use

Medisco Skinbooster AC BHA is formulated for topical application during professional or advanced home microneedling sessions. Microneedling creates micro-channels in the skin, allowing active ingredients to absorb more effectively and work at deeper levels.

Preparation:
Thoroughly cleanse and sanitise the skin prior to treatment. Ensure all tools and devices are properly sterilised.

Application:
Apply Medisco Skinbooster AC BHA evenly across the target area, ensuring full but controlled coverage. 

Procedure:
Begin microneedling using appropriate technique and pressure. Start from the jaw and move towards the forehead (opposite direction of the muscles) during the treatment.
Recommended needle depth: 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm for optimal results.

The recommended frequency is once every 3 to 4 days, but it may vary depending on the length of the treatment needle:

• 0.25 mm needles: Every 3–4 days
• 0.50 mm needles: Every 1–2 weeks
• 1.00 mm needles: Every 3–4 weeks

Post-Care:
Apply a calming mask or repair cream immediately after treatment to soothe the skin.
Maintain gentle hydration and barrier-supporting care for at least 7 days post-treatment.

Important Usage Notes

• Sun Protection Required: Contains AHA and BHA ingredients that may increase photosensitivity. Apply SPF immediately post-treatment and daily for 7 days. Patch testing is recommended prior to first use.
• Normal Product Characteristics: Due to the high concentration of exfoliating acids, mild sour scent or slight colour variation may occur. This does not affect product performance or safety.
• Age Restriction: Contains salicylic acid (BHA). Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
