The Goomi PDT LED Light Therapy Pod is designed for a more flexible approach to at-home LED skincare. Rather than a single rigid shape, the pod folds and bends to sit comfortably against your body, and the included 40cm and 80cm straps let you position it around your neck, chest, arms, legs, back or waist with ease.

With four light modes (red, blue, amber and near-infrared), three brightness levels and sessions adjustable from 5 to 20 minutes, it's an easy way to build a personalised LED light therapy routine around your day.

What Makes the Goomi LED light Therapy Pod Different from Others?

How to Use

Before you start: if you're treating your face, cleanse first and skip anything photosensitising beforehand - AHAs, BHAs and retinol included. Whenever the pod is near your eyes, wear the eye protection provided.

Face & Neck

1. Attach both ends of the 40cm short strap to the velcro on the pod.
2. Connect the controller to the pod with the data cable (OUTPUT port), then connect the controller to the adaptor (INPUT port).
3. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to switch on, then press the M button to choose your mode and set your timer.
4. Put on the eye protection, hold the pod over your face, and lie back on a sofa or flat surface. Once your mode and timer are set, the pod beeps three times and treatment starts within 5–10 seconds.
5. When the session ends, it switches off on its own. Wipe it down with a damp cloth or wet wipe and store it.

Abdomen & Waist

1. Attach one end of the 40cm strap to the velcro - if it's not long enough for where you're treating, swap in the 80cm strap.
2. Rest the pod over the area you're treating, attach the other end of the strap, and adjust until it sits firmly in place.
3. Connect the controller to the pod and the adaptor as above, switch on, then choose your mode and timer with the M button.

Chest, Neck, Back, Arms & Legs (lying flat)

1. Connect the controller to the pod, then to the adaptor.
2. Lie down and place the pod over the area you're treating. If it's sitting close to your eyes such as on your chest or neck, wear the eye protection provided.
3. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to switch on, choose your mode and timer with the M button, and wait for the three beeps.
4. Once your timer runs out, the pod switches off automatically. Wipe it clean and pack it away.

Things to take note

• Aim for 3–5 sessions a week, no more than 20 minutes total per day across however many sessions you do — with light therapy, more isn't better.
• The memory function holds onto your last mode, brightness and timer, so most sessions after your first are a one-button job.
• Keep it well out of reach of kids, it isn't designed for unsupervised use.
