The Derma Stamp Micro Needling Skin Tool is the simplest of the micro needling devices. Whereas a derma pen uses a motor to drive ultra fine needles into the skin, and a derma roller uses a rolling motion across the surface of the skin, the Derma Stamp Micro Needling Skin Tool is literally pressed into the skin in a stamping motion.
The Derma Stamp Micro Needling Skin Tool works by stamping the head full of ultra fine needles into the skin, creating micro-channels (much like a derma roller or derma pen does).
The micro-channels penetrate into the dermis, down into the middle layer of your skin and trigger a trauma response, which the skin then heals by creating more collagen and elastin. The tissue is repaired and rebuild, and imperfections disappear.
Derma stamping creates very precise micro injuries to the skin, so that the skin heals the areas quickly and efficiently.
Adjustable needle guage head to customise your treatment
Your treatment options aren't limited with the Derma Stamp Micro Needling Skin Tool - it features 6 needle gauge adjustments, from 0.5mm to 3mm, which allows you to customise your treatment according to your needs.
We recommend the needle gauges be used as follows:
- 0.5mm - 1.0 mm – treating hyper-pigmented spots, facial wrinkles and smaller scars
- 1.5 mm – reducing deep wrinkles and scars (acne, stretch marks, surgery, burn scars)
- 2.0 mm – heavy duty scarring removal, intended for body areas only
- 2.5mm - 3mm – heavy duty scarring removal, intended for body areas only
