How to Use

• Step 1 (Cleanse):
  Start with clean, dry skin. Remove makeup and cleanse thoroughly before every session.

• Step 2 (Position & Adjust):
  Rest the mask over your face and adjust the strap for a comfortable, snug fit.

• Step 3 (Power On):
  Press and hold the power button on the mask for 2 seconds. A single beep and a flashing green light confirm standby mode.

• Step 4 (Choose Mode):
  Briefly press the power button on the mask or the M button on the remote control to cycle through modes M1–M9.

• Step 5 (Relax for 10 Mins):
  The built-in timer automatically runs the 10-minute session and turns off when complete.

• Step 6 (Power Off):
  Press and hold the power button on the mask for 5 seconds to switch off completely. (Note: The remote control changes modes but cannot power the device on or off).

• Step 7 (Finish Routine):
